Khao Kheow Country
Club Like so many of the
Eastern Seaboard's golf courses the Khao Kheow Country club catches
a strong sea breeze from the Gulf so depending on the time of year
players have to play their shots carefully. Large ponds, well placed
bunkers and hills that surround the greens and fairways make this
track interesting to play. The course really has something for
everyone. In particular, watch out for the par-three seventeen, it's
one to remember for both amateurs and professionals alike and relies
on the golfer having a certain amount of luck on his/her side. ( not
forgetting the wind!) The first 18 have been designed with a stadium
championship course, while the back 18 are definitely in a resort
course style. Those daring enough play the whole lot in one day can
look forward to finishing up with a relaxing time at the lush
clubhouse, which incorporates a sports club, swimming pools, tennis
courtsand last but not least hotel accommodation.
